As someone who is both an experienced adult ADHD coach and an occupational therapist, in addition to having ADHD myself - I get it! I offer an approach that is deeply compassionate and yet unquestionably practical.
My methods are tailored to support ADHD brains, I incorporate functional assessments and sensory assessments with reviews of occupational balance and quality of life to establish a picture of where support is needed.
I work with a variety of tools & approaches such as psychotherapy, sensory strategies, and coaching principles as to support clients holistically
A 1:1 session online is tailored to help you develop practical strategies to manage your symptoms and improve daily functioning.
These sessions combine principles of occupational therapy, ADHD coaching & somatic trauma informed coaching to address both life skills and work-related challenges and may include a combination of the below:

One of the most important things in any therapeutic relationship is the connection. Your results will be amplified if you have an honest and open relationship, this is achieved much more easily of you feel your therapist or coach is ' on your wavelength'
