I specialize in working with late-diagnosed women, particularly during hormonal transitions (perimenopause / menopause). When estrogen levels fluctuate, dopamine drops. The coping strategies and masking techniques that held your life together for years can suddenly feel insufficient. These changes can often also be around the same time as significant life changes, meaning that previous coping strategies and routines are not relevant or helpful any more.
